Here we will take a look at the proposed new code of conduct being discussed by QROPS providers in New Zealand.
In March this year, the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers introduced a voluntary code of conduct, outlining the rules and standards that QROPS providers should adopt when writing QROPS for the transfer of funds from UK pensions. It was a move made to help simplify the process, so that consumers would know what to expect from QROPS providers and how the schemes should be handled.
