Guardian Wealth Management | QROPS Code of Conduct | New Zealand

Guardian Wealth Management offer financial advice services across Europe and the Middle East, including wealth management advice for QROPS. As always, we aim to keep our clients informed of changes in regulations and processes that affect wealth management services. Here we will take a look at the proposed new code of conduct being discussed by QROPS providers in New Zealand.

In March this year, the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers introduced a voluntary code of conduct, outlining the rules and standards that QROPS providers should adopt when writing QROPS for the transfer of funds from UK pensions. It was a move made to help simplify the process, so that consumers would know what to expect from QROPS providers and how the schemes should be handled.
